The game is for 2 or 4 players, and is aimed at the 15-19 year age range. Players take turns answering questions from 48 situation cards. A correct answer moves the player forward one space or up one level, an incorrect answer moves the player back one space or down one level. The first player to reach the end of the top level wins. The questions cover a range of issues from dealing with peer pressure, to communicating with parents on sexuality. The game was developed as part of the Jawaan hoon nadaan nahin! [I may be young, but I am not irresponsible!] campaign aimed at bringing about behavior change through sensitization of youth on their increased vulnerability to HIV/AIDS. The campaign addressed commonly-held myths and misconceptions to increase knowledge levels on HIV/AIDS and promote an attitude of responsible conduct, especially safe sexual behavior following the A-B-C approach (abstinence - being faithful - correct and consistent condom use). less
